If your appeal is denied, you may choose to will file a writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court. In addition, there are other options we can pursue if your appeal is denied.

Throughout the appeal process, we will assist you with the paperwork involved and make educating you a priority. If you are knowledgeable about the law and the court system, you will be able to make informed decisions about how to proceed in your case.
